What the course covers

Course details

Emergency First Aid at Work or First Aid at Work: which do you need?

There is no fixed rule. The HSE asks every employer to carry out a first aid needs assessment, looking at the type of work, the hazards, how many people you employ and your shift patterns.

Not sure? Tell us about your workplace and we’ll recommend the right course.

Emergency First Aid at Work is one day and covers the essentials of an emergency. First Aid at Work is three days and adds a wider range of injuries and illnesses, so it suits higher-risk workplaces.
