These are our prices for training your team at your own workplace. The first price covers a group of up to 6 people. Each extra person after that is a set fee, up to our maximum of 12 per class. WHAT'S INCLUDED
- Training at your workplace. We come to you, so nobody has to travel and you choose the date. If you can't host the training, we'll find a suitable venue near you.
- Small classes. Never more than 12 people, so everyone gets proper hands-on practice.
- The same trainer every year. Every course is run by Stewart Hansen, who has six years of front-line military first aid experience and holds an enhanced DBS certificate.
- Everything provided. We bring all the training equipment, and certificates and course materials are included.
- No VAT and no hidden extras. We're not VAT registered, so the price we confirm is the price you pay. Travel is included within 60 miles of Milton Keynes.
- Recognised certificates. Vital Signs First is a ProTrainings Approved Centre.

DO YOU ADD VAT?
No. We’re not VAT registered, so all our prices are fixed and the price we confirm is the price you pay. The only exception is our online courses, which are sold by ProTrainings, who add VAT at checkout.
IS TRAVEL INCLUDED?
Yes, within 60 miles of Milton Keynes. If you’re further afield there may be a small travel charge, and we’ll always tell you before you book.
WHAT IF WE ONLY HAVE A FEW PEOPLE TO TRAIN?
The group price covers anyone from 1 to 6 people, so it works for small teams too. If it’s just one or two of you, our online courses may be a cheaper option.
HOW MANY PEOPLE CAN YOU TRAIN AT ONCE?
Up to 12 per course, so everyone gets proper hands-on practice. For bigger teams we can run more than one session.
HOW DO WE PAY?
Businesses and organisations get an invoice once the course is booked, with payment due within 14 days and before certificates are issued. Individuals booking for themselves pay in full when they book. We accept BACS transfer, major debit and credit cards, and PayPal.
WHAT IF WE NEED TO CHANGE OR CANCEL?
With 14 days’ notice or more, you can move your course or cancel with a full refund. Between 7 and 13 days, you can move it once free of charge, or cancel for 50% of the fee. With less than 7 days’ notice the full fee is due, although we’ll always try to find another date. If someone can’t make it, you can send a colleague in their place at no extra charge.
